Hahaha, I swore on...something that I would never like Gai-sensei. After 258, that promise was toast.

Yep, I was born here. But it kinda gets boring when you never get to go anywhere else. Japan is extremely small, anyway. >_< You're on your second semester? That's not half bad... I know someone who has lived in Japan for several years and probably still can't talk like that.

since i dont really want to talk LOTR ill answer the questions then change the topic...
1. well i used to totally be obssesed but now im kinda alienated since everyone else is so crazy about it. great books, great movies but i can't tell you what legolas said to the son of the king of alradrim located near rivedell on PG 142 paragraph 8. (thats not actually something)
2. i think because they were some of the first books i ever read, back when i was 8.
3. smeagol or the orc in TTT who goes "why cant we have some meat *spits* how about them their fresh!" yeah that orc.
ok new topic. name three bands that you love! 1. Alkaline Trio 2. Rise Against 3. and for the sake of hardcore Norma Jean and Poison The Well tie
ok later

*koff* Hataru-chan is still stuck with Shonen Jump. She's actually reading the manga as it comes out. Imagine that. Three bands: 1. Falling Up 2. Switchfoot 3. Evanesence--just for the heck of it. *drool* brain, I'm seriously considering forcing you to teach me Japanese. I'm much too jealous for it to be healthy. ~Al the younger

wow people reply quickly. yeah i like switchfoot, i have all their cds (well me or my brother) but they have lost their identity of being christian they dont talk about god at their concerts so thats disapointing. i listen to secualr music but either stay christian or stay secular. thats why i stopped liking MxPx as much, they still have some awesome stuff! coldplay is ok. i hate his voice. oh and no offense to the awesome creator of this game but in my humble opinion evanescene is a wanna-be gothic band that needs to get a different singer. but her that's just me. oh an AWESOME christian band is anberlin! kudos to alai for introducing them to me.

Haha, no worries, Ty. I really hate Evanesence as a band in terms of people (Amy Lee is affectionately called the "Queen of the Undead" in my circle), but I love some of their songs, like Missing, Bring Me To Life, and Going Under.
brain, yeah...Spica-san has given me certain useful words like oyasuminasai and others. Words like "ohayo," "gomen," "nani," and others were learned from *koffNarutokoff* But hey, if you're gonna learn Japanese, who better from than Japanese anime?

*sobs* YES!! I'm reading the manga as it comes out!! v_v I'm pathetic, I know. I'm sorry. But... I can't help it, for some reason. Blarg.
By the way, you all can call me 'Hataru' or 'Hataru-chan.' =P My screen name's Japanese, so the last name comes first... so... yeah. ^_^
Yes, I'm reading the Iliad. It is really heavy stuff, but it is so cool. I wish people could still write like ancient Greek philosophers. *sigh*
Three bands I really like: 1. Evanescence 2. Linkin Park 3. Strata
Evanescence is my favorite band of all time. Stop bad-mouthing them. I might just sick Hachibi on all ya'lls.
*koff* Just kidding. =P But they are my favorite band of all time.
